- Researched historic hydrology features in the Valley Neighborhood of the City of Syracuse
- Fieldwork to capture key GPS locations of flooding complaints and potential areas of historic significance
- Obtained and digitized historic maps of the catchment area into ArcMap 10, georeferencing raster images, creating shape files of hydrology features and integrating data sets from various sources

As a programmer for the Automotive Division, my major accomplishment was the conceptualization, creation and implementation of a division wide application that tracked inventory, repairs, parts, labor analysis tools and service bulletins from a mainframe to individual dumb terminals. This piece of software is still in use today and has been a major selling point in attracting new business. Additional responsibilities included programming revisions, EDI implementation/automation,
QOS 9000 compliance, hardware installations/troubleshooting and technical support for multiple buildings.
CAD Manager / AM-5 Conversion Manager June 1996 – September 1998

Managed all aspects of the CAD department, ticketing functions and cut planning. Major accomplishments included the implementation of automated high-ply cutting of fusing, lining and under collars; order automation with GerberPlanner and
an AS400 system; the training and evaluation of cut planning in multi-state facilities; the organization of AIC entry; pattern distribution, marker distribution and system file changes for multiple locations and contractors; the conversion of all CAD systems from the Unix based AM-1/AM-5 systems to windows based Accumark systems; the creation of an interface program to translate PC based planning data directly to Accumark systems; the conversion, creation and maintenance of marker libraries; the analyzing of marker efficiencies, cloth usage and the generation of yields; and the implementation of the company’s first intranet.
